Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the fragile nature of the paper, Japanese Paper Company only accepts returns under special circumstances. We do not offer refunds, but you may exchange your purchase for store credit, to be used within one year. Paper will only be accepted in the same condition in which it was sent, and will incur a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for paying for shipping both ways.

In the case that your shipment arrives to you damaged, please send us information and photographs of the shipment within two days so we can make a claim with the postal service.

Refunds on gift cards are not offered.

Paper is made by hand, from fibers harvested and processed by hand, and therefore there may be variation from batch to batch. Japanese Paper Company cannot guarantee that paper will be identical from order to order.
