Shipping policy

Paper is shipped via PostNord or one of our other shipping providers, including UPS and DHL. Please specify your preference at checkout. If your shipping address is within Sweden, you may be eligible for a shipping discount; please contact us for more information. 

Small and stiff sheets will be shipped flat. Large sheets and rolls will be shipped either in a tube or in a custom-built triangle box. Items are combined when possible. 

If your shipment is damaged on its way to you, please take photographs as soon as you receive it, and we will work together to get a refund from the shipping company.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping times from Japan have become drastically slower and more expensive. We also experience delays shipping from Sweden to other parts of Europe and beyond. Please take these delays into account when placing your order.

As we are a family-run business with a small child, we currently ship orders one day per week. If you have an urgent order, we will of course do our best to ship the paper out right away. Please contact us for more information.
