Bamboo Select is a paper closer in texture and feel to traditional Western printmaking papers. It is heavier than most of the washi we carry, and has a soft finish. It is also very environmentally friendly, containing fibers from fast-growing bamboo plants mixed with recycled wood pulp. Bamboo Select works especially well for letterpress and encaustic techniques.
