Gampishi is a beautifully crisp, glossy, very thin paper, appropriate for conservation and printmaking techniques including Chine-collé. It is highly transparent, pH neutral, and is very resistant to light and humidity. It is handmade at the Awagami Paper Mill on the island of Shikoku.
