Minogami is a lovely, thin, highly transparent paper, with a light visible texture, and a soft, smooth surface. It is pH neutral, very resistant to light and humidity, and has a high degree of transparency. It is a versatile paper, excellent for both conservation and many printmaking techniques. It is handmade at the Awagami Paper Mill on the island of Shikoku.
